CSTA envisions a citizenry whose physical, moral and intellectual endowments have been harmoniously developed so that its members may gradually acquire a mature sense of responsibility while building their own lives and pursuing true freedom as they face the vicissitudes of life with courage and constancy.
CSTA, therefore commits itself to the attainment of a true education geared towards the formation of the human person in the pursuit of his ultimate end of the society of which, as man, he is a member, and in whose obligation as an adult, he will share.
Specifically, CSTA fosters the development of the student’s potentials in order to meet the challenges of life:

- Physically, so that he may be aware of his particular bodily capabilities and strengthen them for the service to country and fellowmen;
- Morally and socially, so that he may acquire strength in character and develop a well rounded personality which will enable him to fulfill his responsibilities and commitments as a member of a free, democratic, and humane society;
- Intellectually, so that he may seek the necessary knowledge and skills will enable him to achieve only the best;
- Spiritually, that he may unreservedly render service to god and His people.
